![]() ![]() On the Change Account window, check the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server settings against those from your email provider or the reference article. Microsoft support couldn't solve the problem and suggested that it was a "known" problem with the Galaxy Note 8 and said I should contact Samsung thought I'd try Verizon and the community first. That is the way I had it setup on my previous phone (the Samsung Galaxy S5) and it worked fine. ![]() It is hosted by Microsoft as part of their Office 365 offerings, and their instructions (as well as yours) say it should be setup on the Galaxy Note 8 as an Exchange/ActiveSync account. But if you're asking if the account is hosted by a private corporate Exchange server, it is not. My business is part of a small corporation, so I suppose in that sense it is a "corporate" email. The email account in question is an Office 365 Business Essentials subscription that I use for business. ![]()
